The picture shows both sides of this 1919 Pennsylvania Automobile Registration Card. It is a Registration for pneumatic and solid tired vehicles. The Registration was for a man from Zelienople, Butler County, Pennsylvania. It has a 2 cent Washington stamp. There are some laws mentioned on the back. I like this one: "REMEMBER 24 MILES AN HOUR IS THE MAXIMUM RATE OF SPEED ON ANY PUBLIC HIGHWAY". It has soiling and ink marks as can be seen in the scan. The registration measures 4-7/8" x 2-7/8".
