There is an instruction sheet included. It is shown folded. There is a wood cover on the side that slides open to store the parts. The back is stamped and reads as follows:

To judge the sizes the game board measures 4-7/8'' x 4-3/4'' x 1-1/8''. All the pieces are here and it appears to be in mint condition as pictured. The instructions have some wear and tear.
