The hollow back is simply marked ''OAJC''. It is made of an unknown silver colored metal. The design is of a person with their head in their hand. The top of their scalp is peeled back and there are clear stones inside for brains. It would make a nice gift for a brain surgeon or Psychiatrist. It seems like an unusual contemporary design.
