(4) Old Candy Bar Wrappers

The picture shows all (4) Old Candy Bar Wrappers in this lot. This lot contains the following:

An old unused 1-1/4 ounce UNCLE JOHNS MAPLE WALNUT FUDGE glassine wrapper. This wrapper is not dated but is believed to be from the 1920's or 1930's. It is in mint condition.

Next is an old unused FAMOUS KEENE KISSES candy wrapper. It was from the Gurnsey Brothers & Company of Keene, New Hampshire. It is not dated either but is also believed to be from the 1920's or 1930's. This glassine wrapper is clean and unused.

Next is an old 1-1/2 ounce WELCH'S 5c CHOCOLATE COVERED FUDGE wrapper. This one is not dated either but is also believed to be from the 1930's. The candy was made by the James O. Welch Company Cambridge, Massachusetts and Los Angeles, California. This wrapper also has wrinkling and a small hole from being on and taken off the candy.

Last in this lot is an old 1-3/4 ounce WALECO COCOANUT BAR wrapper. This one is not dated either but is also believed to be from the 1930's. The candy was made by the F.B. Washburn Candy Corporation of Brockton, Massachusetts. This wrapper has wrinkling as pictured.

These old candy wrappers were saved as example wrappers by an old Confectionery company in New Hampshire. To judge the sizes the Welch's wrapper measures about 6-1/2" x 5".
