The picture shows a view of both sides of this Old Boston, Massachusetts Jeweler Pocket Watch Advertising Premium Watch Fob. This fob is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1800s or early 1900s. The fob is in the shape of a pocketwatch and the bottom is a tool to open watch cases. It is marked on the two sides as follows:
