The picture shows two views of this 1893 Chicago Columbian Exposition World's Fair Advertising Souvenir Napkin Ring. This napkin ring appears to be made of soft lead. It has a stamped impression of a flower or palm tree and there are leaves where the ends were joined together. It is also stamped as follows:

The napkin ring measures about 1-11/16'' x 1-11/16''. It is in good condition with wear as pictured.
