| The picture shows a view of all (5) Different Tiny Old Bottles With Items Inside in this lot. The years that three of these were made is unknown. One is dated. That one and another have dated Lincoln cents inside. When a penny in a bottle is made they usually have a new cent from that current year inside. From left to right, the first bottle has a tiny red ceramic heart inside. This bottle apparently had been glued to some wood at one time. The glue could be removed from the bottom. The next one has a 1974 Lincoln Memorial cent inside. It has a cork in the top and a sticker on the side that reads ''WHITEFACE MT. N.Y. 1980 OLYMPICS''. The next one is imprinted ''SOUVENIR OF PERRY'S NUT HOUSE''. It has a cork and a 1976 Lincoln Memorial cent inside. There is some wear to the green lettering. There is one that has a tiny wooden sailboat inside. Like many a ship in a bottle, it is in some green material in the bottom. The last bottle in this lot is the smallest. It has what appears to be a small leaf or sea weed soaking in an oil. It is sealed with a cork. To judge the sizes the tallest bottle measures 2-1/4'' and the smallest measures almost 7/8'' tall. These range from excellent to mint condition as pictured. |
