The metal clip is embossed and made in the shape of a horseshoe. It was probably owned by an employee, or given as an advertising premium to a customer in 1939. In the center is a 4 leaf clover. It is marked as follows:

The money clip measures about 1-7/16'' x 1-7/8''. It appears to be in poor condition with most of the original luster gone and over all wear as pictured.
