This viewer and card are not dated but they are believed to be from the 1940s or 1950s. The viewer is made of marblinzed brown, brown, and black plastic. It has a great detailed image of the Moon and its many craters. The card was never addressed and they were never mailed. It was a souvenir that was purchased years ago at The American Museum - Hayden Planetarium in New York. It is marked on the two sides as follows: NATURE SCOPE
