| | | | The pictures shows views of this Large Old Mounted Lumber Mill or Factory Photograph With (8) Men. The first picture shows the entire mounted photograph. The second picture show a closer view of the men in the photo. The year that this photograph was taken is unknown but it is old. Also unknown is what the business was or where the building was located. It appears to be either some type of a lumber mill or factory. Above the men is a long belt going in the side of the building to run machinery. There is wood stacked on the left and a gear and other tools on the ground at the right. (written) BENJAMIN F. LORING SECOND FROM RIGHT The photograph measures 9-5/8'' x 7-1/2''. Counting the matt board it is mounted on it measures 13-3/8'' x 10-1/2''. It is in fair condition with wear. There are two old lines of ink spots (looking like bullet holes) across the photo that were probably made by someome shaking a fountain pen. |
