Nice Old Jeweled Wooden Swiss Music Box

The picture shows three views of this Nice Old Jeweled Wooden Swiss Music Box. The box itself appears to be made of maple but I am not certain. The top is hinged with a jeweled section with different color stones. There is a pane of glass that covers the musical section. There is a winding key on the bottom and a button on the side that activates the music when opened. There are two paper labels that are marked as follows:

To judge the size the music box measures 4-1/2" x 3-1/4" x 2-3/8". It is in near mint condition and in working order.
