We have sold this same case before with different advertising on it before. They were used as an advertising premium by different companies.This one does not have any additional advertising on it. The case is made of red, yellow, and white hard plastic. It has a mounted pencil sharpener on one end. The top slides open and off if desired to use the ruler. It also has a slide feature with the a multiplication table that gives answers in the long slot. It is marked as follows: 555
