The balloons are ©1983 by Mattel, Inc. and were made by Unique Industries, Inc. of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The package pictures He-Man in color and it measures 5'' x 11''. The balloons are in mint condition and the unopened bag appears to only have light shelf wear as pictured. |
