I am not sure where that hospital is located. Each of the pins has how many years a nurse served the hospital. Most are made of a silver metal but there are some gold metal ones as well. There are the following number of different years: (5) 5 YEARS (2 are missing the emblem)
(1) 10 YEARS (missing emblem)
(1) 20 YEARS
(12) 30 YEARS
