The picture shows a view of this Old Rockefeller Center Advertising Souvenir Ring. It has an image of the Rockefeller Center Building in New York City as well as other skyscraper buildings. It is marked as follows:

ROCKEFELLER CENTER, N.Y.

The metal it is made from is unknown. It is not marked or dated, but it is old. It is adjustable. It was probably purchased in a souvenir or gift shop. The ring measures about 3/4'' tall. It is in very good condition with some wear to the silver finish.
