| | | | The picture shows a view of this Old Painted Metal Midgetoy Five Car Toy Train Set. These train cars are not dated but this set is believed to be from the 1950s or 1960s. They have a 1957 patent date. The cars appear to be made of diecast aluminum and they are each painted a different color. These have plastic rolling wheels with metal axles. Included is a Diesel Engine, a Tanker car, a Coal car, a Boxcar, and a Caboose. They are each marked on the bottom as follows: MIDGETOY

The coal car has the most wear. All of the hitch hooks are intact. They appear to range from excellent to near mint condition as pictured. |
