The picture shows two views of this 1947 Tin Sky King Signal Scope Premium. The whistle / magnifier section is missing from one end. The other end has a mirror like moving tin section with a longer piece on one side to move it when signaling. On the tin tube Sky King is pictured and there are morse codes to use. It is marked as follows:

SKY KING SECRET
SIGNALSCOPE
"SKY KING"
PRIVATE CODE
"FLYING CROWN BRAND"
COME QUICK _
STOP ...
LOOK BEHIND _. DANGER AHEAD ._
ENEMY NEAR ._. ADVANCE SLOWLY .._
MOVE RIGHT . MOVE LEFT ..

It measures about 4-1/4" long. Besides the missing section, what is here appears to be in excellent condition.
