The picture shows this Old (NRA) National Rifle Association Advertising Cigarette Lighter. The other side is covered with the same tooled leather look you see on the front. It has a logo with "1871" under it and reads:
NATIONAL RIFLE ASSOCIATION
1871
It is marked on the bottom as follows:
PARK ® LIGHTER
MURFREESBORO, TENN. U.S.A.

It measures 1-1/2" x 2-1/4" x 1/2". It is in working order but good condition with wear from use.
