The picture shows all (15) Old Premium Tin Flag Pins in this lot. I am not sure of the year these were made or who used them as a premium. It could be one of many candy, tobacco, or cigarette companies. Each of these are made of tin and they have a pin going throgh a folded over section on the back. There are two duplicates in this lot.
There is the name of the country the flag on the back. The first one is an error or misprint. It was printed off center, but there is a country name on the back. The flags in the order of appearance are from the following (spelled as written) countries:

BRAZIL
BIRMA (Burma)
SYRIA
IRAQ
EIRE (Ireland)
FRANCE
LIBERIA
