This colorful round 3-D mouse pad features characters from the Rugrats television cartoon. The mousepad is packages with a backing card and it is shrink wrapped. It is a licensed product that is ©1997 Viacom International, Inc.. It was made by Curtis Computer Products, Inc. of Muscatine, Iowa, an Essette Company. To judge the size the mouse pad measures 8'' wide. It is in mint unopened and unused condition as pictured.
