The card pictures a Fort Smith, Arkansas downtown scene with buildings, old automobiles, a bus, the street, and old advertising signs. Some of the old signs can be read such as ''JOIE THEATRE'', ''WALGREEN DRUGS'', ''DIXIE SHOPS'', ''F. W. WOOLWORTH CO.'', ''KRESS'', ''WARD HOTEL'', ''ARCADE'', ''ANNIVERSARY SALE'', and more. It is marked on the front and back as follows:
