The cover has a small winter scene with a home pictured. The calendar has an applied image of a baby with a bottle and a mirror image. The picture is marked ''Blue Eyed Darlings'' and ''Litho in U.S.A.''. Under the picture it is marked ''This is a George Washington Calendar - Laraia & Co., Worcester, Mass.''.
