These are all dated and were issued to the same man, Newspaper Press Photographer Frank C. Usin. They are filled in and stamp signed. Included are cards for the years 1963, 1964, 1965, and 1966. The cards are different colored paper and the backs are blank. The cards each measure about 3-1/2'' x 2''. They appear to be in Excellent or better used condition as pictured. |
