| | | | The picture below shows a larger view of all (85) Old & New Seamstress & Tailor Sewing Thimbles in this lot. They are not dated but are believed to range from the early 1900s to the present. This is an accumulated lot. They were found in many places such as sewing boxes and tins, in sewing machines, in travel sewing kits, or just loose with other small items. Some of these may have been used as toy prizes in old gum ball machines. We did not see any in this lot that were old advertising premium thimbles. One here is a small Christmas tree ornament with an Angel and a miniature Christmas tree in a thimble. Included here are the following: (49) Various Metals

(1) Wooden All of these for one price! The thimbles vary in size. They measure from as little as 1/2'' x ½'' to as big as 1-1/8'' x 1''. They appear to vary anywhere from good to mint condition as pictured. |
