It has an advertising paper tube handle, a microphone section was also used as an old Cracker Jack prize (item #A-0048). It has a glassine paper center. The handle may have had a whistle in the end at one time as well. It has a hole in the side as if it did. The handle is marked as follows: TOOT TOOT
