The picture shows a view of this Old Sweetheart Mood Dial Jewelry Pin With Hanging Heart Charms. The pin is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1930s or 1940s. The top pin section appears to be made of brass. It has stenciled lettering and a moving dial. There are two red celluloid heart charms hanging from chains. This fun pin is to tell or warn a sweetheart of their mood. To judge the sizes the round pin section measures 1-1/4'' wide. It appears to be in near mint to mint condition as pictured.
