It may or may not have been from Bay City, Michigan where there is currently a bar or pub at the address location. This key chain has a bead chain at each end. One end looks like a key. With a small mechanism inside it detaches in the center if you pull back on the small plastic advertising section. It is marked on the two sides as follows: HELEN'S DROP INN BAR
