| | | | The picture shows a view of all (6) Colorful Old Painted German Composition Chicken Figures in this lot. These are not dated but they are old. They are marked ''GERMANY'' but the maker is unknown. We do not know if these were part of a larger set of animals. We had found them hidden in a small old box where they had been stored away for many years. These cute figures are made of some type of composition material. They are painted, have metal legs, and a green painted wooden base. They all stand up and could be used to decorate with, used as toy play set figures, or with a dollhouse. To judge the sizes the largest chicken or rooster in the center measures 1-1/16'' tall. They appear to be in mint as made condition as pictured except one of the smaller yellow ones has a tiny minor wear spot on the tail, unfortunately it is on the side not showing. |
