The picture shows two views of this Old Painted Celluloid Japanese Toy Ship. This ship is not dated but it is old. The ship has a winged dragon, a decorative sail (with a dragon), and seven figures inside. We do not know the symbolism of the people inside or of the ship itself. There must be a story that goes behind it. The ship and figures are hollow and I see no cracks. The bottom is marked "Made in Japan".

The ship measures about 4" long x 3-3/4" tall. It is in mint condition as pictured.
