| | | The picture shows a view of this 1912 Hinsdale New Hampshire Blacksmith & Livery Stable Advertising Invoice Receipt. Hinsdale, New Hampshire is a town in the Southeastern corner of the state bordering Vermont and Massachusetts. The invoice has two images, one exterior with a house and the shop in the back. The other one is an interior picture with a Blacksmith about to shoe a horse. You can also see an anvil, workbench, more horseshoes, and other tools. The invoice or bill is for work done from October 27, 1911 to May 18, 1912 for a total of $12.75. It was paid and it has the signature of the Blacksmith. The document is dated May, 18, 1912 on a 1900s invoice. The advertising section is marked as follows: TO W. G. SMITH, DR. HORSE SHOEING AND JOBBING LIVERY, FEED AND SALE STABLES TERMS, CASH IN 30 DAYS The invoice receipt measures 8-1/2'' x 6-1/4''. It appears to be in excellent used condition with folds as pictured. |
