| | | | The picture shows a view of the Colorful Old Boston Massachusetts and New Jersey Shore Sea Glass in this lot. These are ground fragments of old glass that had washed up on the shores or beaches in Massachusetts and New Jersey. There are a few pieces of china or porcelain, and maybe some pottery as well. These were all collected and saved by one person. They are naturally ground by the sand and salt of the Atlantic Ocean. This type of glass is often used in jewelry, art, or craft projects. We did not count these, but all that you see pictured is included. There are different types of glass in the lot. To judge the sizes the white pattern glass in the lower left corner measures just over 2'' wide. This is over 1-1/2 pounds of glass. The glass fragments are in excellent condition as pictured. |
