It is in french and is believed to be from a Canadian or French Benevolant Society. Apparently it is from Amesbury, Massachusetts. It has a red, white, and blue rosette with a star at the top and a pin on the back, an imprinted white ribbon with a beaver and wreath of leaves, and metallic tassels at the bottom.
