The picture shows a view of both sides of this Old Advertising Premium Celluloid U.S. Postal Rate Slide Card. The year that this was made is unknown but it is old. The green section is celluloid and the card inside is heavy stock paper. There is a parcel post rate table with eight mailing zones calculated for a one to eleven pound package. At the bottom (both sides) of the card inside there are ''FACTS ABOUT THE NEW PARCEL POST''. The advertising is marked on the two sides as follows:

WORCESTER, MASS.
THE AMERICAN ART WORKS, COSHOCTON, O.

The rate slide card measures 1-3/4'' x 4-3/16''. It is in excellent or better condition as pictured.
