1930s Knights Of Columbus Convention Badge
Knights Of Columbus   Fraternal   Convention   Badge   ID   Pin
The picture shows both sides of this 1930s Knights Of Columbus Convention Badge. The badge is made of an embossed and inked foil like metal. Although not dated, it came with another very similar one from the same company that was dated 1937. It has a purple printed paper insert that has the Knights of Columbus emblem logo and it reads:

VERMONT STATE COUNCIL, K. of C.
ROBERT G. MULVEY, STATE SECRETARY
BENNINGTON, VT.

On the badge there are embossed columns on each side and a roof at the top where it also reads:

CONVENTION

The back of the badge is also embossed with the following:

PATENTS PEND.
MID-WEST BADGE & NOVELTY CO.
MINNEAPOLIS, MINN.
NO. 1-L

The badge measures 2-9/16" x 1-11/16" and is in very good condition as can be seen in the scan.
