| | | The pictures show a front and back view of this Unopened ©1958 Packet of Peeko Word Game Sheets. The packet has a header card and a bag full of the game sheets. It does not say how many, but we would guess that there may be as many as 40 or 50 different game sheets inside. The header and game sheets have a ©1958 date by J. E. White of Rockford, Illinois. They were made and printed in the U.S.A. and manufactured by The Watkins Strathmore Company of Aurora, Illinois. The object of the game is to find the hidden word under the tabs with the least amount of guesses. Under the lettered tabs will be a number if it is a letter in the word. The header card pictures a man, wife, and two kids and it is marked on the two sides as follows: PLAY ''PEEKO'' THIS NEW AND DIFFERENT WORD FUN GAME FOR ALL AGES HOME PARTIES TRAVEL HOSPITALS CLUBS SET NO. 3 HOW MANY PEEKS TO FIND THE HIDDEN WORD? MF'D BY THE WATKINS STRATHMORE CO., AURORA, ILL. PATENT RE 24409 COPYRIGHT 1958 J. E. WHITE, ROCKFORD, ILLINOIS MADE AND PRINTED IN U.S.A. To judge the sizes the entire package measures 6'' x 8-1/8''. The cards are all in mint unused condition. The package is unopened and has only light shelf wear as pictured. |
