The picture shows the (2) Different Camera Advertising Employee Neck Tie Bars in this lot. The first one is an enameled gold metal one from Minolta. It measures 1-3/8" long. The back clip section reads:

Made In Japan

The second one is from Nikon It measures 1-1/16" long and the back clip section reads:

PAT. 2883761

These are both believed to be from employees of their companies. They are both in Mint condition.
