They are not dated but they are believed to be from around the 1940s. They are wrinkled because they were once wrapped on the candy. The wrappers are printed in red, blue, and brown on white paper. They have the old NECCO logo in the center and they are marked as follows: NECCO CHOCOLATE MINT PATTIE
