This Good Citizenship Medal is from ''The National Society of the Sons of the American Revolution''. It appears to be made of bronze. It was awarded to the woman whos name is engraved on the back. It has an image of a Minuteman with a rifle, the Liberty Bell, and a plow. It is marked on the two sides as follows: THE NATIONAL SOCIETY OF THE SONS OF THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION 1776 GOOD CITIZENSHIP MEDAL 1946 MARY HAUGUM 1st PRIZE The box is unmarked. It has a hinged lid and has a blue velvet lining in the bottom. The medal measures 1-3/4'' wide. It is in excellent to near mint condition as pictured. |
