It has a simulated alligator skin covering and a Vari-Vue flicker or lenticular 3D square on the front that has changing images of the Capitol Building, and The White House. Inside there are (6) brass hooks to hold house, office, or car keys. It has a red velet interior, which also as an unused section inside to fill in your name, Address, City, State, and Phone Number.

The last but not least in this loot is a “WASHINGTON THE CITY BEAUTIFUL” book. It is not dated but believed to be from the 1920s. This book was published & copyrighted by The B. S. Reynolds Company of Washington, D.C.. It has descriptive text by Charles B. Reynolds. The book has many Washington buildings pictures with a description and information for each. The front cover is loose and tattered. But the framable colorful pictures are detailed and clear. There are a few random samples of the pages pictured below.
