Paper Figure Prize. Artist and Designer C. Carey Cloud was a prize Designer for Cracker Jack from 1937 to the early 1960s. He had designed hundreds of prizes throughout the depression, World War II and beyond. The novelty toy prizes were made of mainly tin or paper before and after WWII, paper during this time because of war shortages, and mostly of paper and injection molded plastic after the war. The Cracker Jack ID number for this prize was Z-1165. The colorful elephant parts are
die
cut
and had fallen out of the card. It had not been assembled in the slot. The prize card measures about 3'' x 2-3/8''. It appears to be in very good condition with a couple small creases as pictured.
