The picture shows a view of this 1936 Old Orchard Beach Maine Airplane Post Card. It pictures a huge crowd on the beach to watch an early airplane take off. The postcard was mailed from Old Orchard Beach, Maine to a Somersworth, New Hampshire address. It has a green one cent Benjamin Franklin postage stamp and is postmarked August 10, 1936. It is marked on the two sides as follows:

The postcard measures 5-1/2'' x 3-1/2''. It appears to be in very good condition with some corner wear as pictured.
