The picture shows two views of this Ralston Cereal Chex Agent Secret Decoder Prize Toy Ring. The Ring is not dated but it is from the 1960s. The ring has a red plastic base and two stiff paper disks mounted on top. The numbered and lettered disks spin to create or decode secret messages. It is unknown if this came in a cereal box or if you had to mail away for it. To judge the size the decoder section measures 7/8" wide. It appears to be in near mint condition as pictured.
