The picture shows two views of this 1957 Quaker Cereal Toy Premium or Prize Siren Whistle Crazy Ring. This ring was a prize offered by Quaker Oats Cereals in 1957. It has a metal siren whistle on top of a green and yellow plastic ring. The spinning piece moves freely but for some reason it does not whistle. Perhaps it will with some adjusting. There were ten different Quaker Crazy Rings that were available in specially marked Quaker cereal boxes or as a mail away premium set. The ring measures 1" tall. It appears to be in good condition. It has some rust or pitting on the metal top as pictured.
