The picture shows this 1919 Independent Companions Of America Convention Delegate Ribbon. It has an applied red/white/blue ribbon bow above the logo / emblem with an (18) star American flag. It reads as follows:

11th ANNUAL
CONVENTION
GREENFIELD, MASS. (Massachusetts)
OCT. 6-7 1919

The back has a pin and a paper label that reads:
