It was made in Italy but the maker is unknown. The chain has four charms attached. The chain and charms are made of an unknown silver colored metal. The chain is not marked. On one side of the charms they all have a raised image of a rose flower. On the other side they have images of the Infant of Prague, the Lady of Fatima, Jesus Christ, and the Virgin Mary.
