It is of a man in an old costume sitting in a chair and holding his Napoleon like hat. He is nicely painted in multiple colors. JAPAN The figurine measures about 5-1/8'' tall. At first it appears to be in mint condition, but on close inspection the tips of his right hand fingers are missing. |
