Planter Character Wishnik Troll Figure Ceramic

The picture shows this Wishnik / Troll Ceramic Planter. Included is the original seed packet (not shown). I guess this is like a Chia pet thing. The seeds once grown would be it's hair. There are no markings or date that I can see. It measures 4-1/2" tall and is in mint condition.
