It was probably given out during Mardi Gras in 1987. One side has an image of the shoe home from the nursery rhyme of the Old Lady Who Lived in a Shoe. The other side has a 1946crest with swords, a crescent, and a man with a spear. It is marked on the two sides as follows: STORYLAND - CITY PARK
