The picture shows all of the pieces included in this Old Norcross Christmas Town Kit. The kit comes with houses, a church, a store, a trailer, reindeer, instructions, and the mailer envelope they came in. As far as I can tell, the only parts missing is a Jeep car and a Santa Claus figure. These parts are printed in color and have glitter like snow surfaces (the off white color areas).

I do not know what year this is from but I would guess the 1950's. To judge the sizes the mailer envelope measures 12-1/2" x 10-1/4". It is in excellent condition.
