The picture shows this Old Brass Metal Put and Take Gambling Game Top. This one appears to be made of brass, or maybe bronze. It has stamped recessed lettering. This is a complete gambling game you can carry in your pocket like dice. All you need in addition to the top is money, coins, chips, toothpicks, or whatever. It is played by spinning the top and doing what it says. You either put or take from a central pot. It is not dated but it is old. The maker is also unknown. The sides read:

TAKE ALL
PUT TWO
TAKE ONE
TAKE TWO
PUT ONE
ALL PUT

It measures 1-1/4" tall and is in excellent or better condition as pictured.
